The TV show, Gossip Girl, was ALWAYS a fashion inspiration between teenagers and young adults because of the iconic outfits of the elite of Manhattan. Today's outfits will be all about the classic icon Blair Waldorf.
Blair is a commum name when we talk about fashion in this decade. After the TV show explosion a lot of people, specially young adults, started to recreate her style and clothes to try to look like the fashion icon.
Of all the extravagant dresses and simple clothes, we separeted 3 outfits: the first is the 'you can wear it everyday', the second is the classic modern Blair, and last but not least, the school Blair.
The first outfit is the always-to-go style of Blair. She’s classic, which means she wears a lot of pencil-skirt type, blouses and abuses in the accessories. Her shoes are matching her handbag, plus, she has always her hair in the classic way either with an accessory or a hairstyle.
Inspired by this outfit, the pencil skirt can be find in a lot of places, for example Express, this is a simple skirt that can be transformed in a million outfits.
To her blouse, you can choose what you prefer, if it will or not have the frill, but to follow her steps we chose one blouse from Zalora. It reminds her and you can add more accessories like a tie or a scarf.
For the second outfit we have the classic but modern Blair.
When it comes to make her noticible outfits she invests on vivid colors, for example, orange. In the second outfit, she goes out of the classic palette to wear the modern one, but still wears classic elements like the cape, the heat and the classic purse.
This palette is flexible and you can adjust it by your own style, but if you want to remake the marckable outfit, we have a few options
The first is the cape. It is hard to find an orange cape with rectangles, we know, although you can try something without the forms or with other forms. The example we found is this cape from John Lewis.
For the hat, you can buy some pretty good for cheap, for example this one from Amazon.

The nude is classic an the combination of blue, red and nude match really great. And, matches with the whole outfit.
For the third and last outfit, we got the School Blair.
The classic Blair going to school. Even with the vivid colors, it’s still classic and you can say it by the blouse, the long coat and accessories she chose to use. The palette is modern, which makes her style authentic.
The first item of the outfit is the blouse she wears under everything. It's a classic blouse with long sleeves and a tie as an accessory. In our searches we found really great blouses, but we chose one as an investment, once she uses a lot. This one is from Tommy Hilfiger.
To the second element of the outfit we have a simple black dress with a V neck, or if you prefer you can put the classic pencil-skirt with a V neck sweater. This dress is from Kohl's and we think it's a great example.
The third element of the outfit is the colorful and powerful coat. As it is hard to find exactly like Blair's coat, we found this one from Lookastic that is pretty close to hers.
The last piece is the purse. It can be literally anything brown from your closet, but we found this one, from House of Fraser, that is classic and chic, complementing your whole outfit.
Last but not least for this outfit, don't forget to put your red pantyhose that you can find in a place close to your house and the other accessories you like.
